In order to use certain Services, the User must register, creating a username and password and activating an account. To this end, the User must provide a valid email address where the User will receive notifications related to the Services. The User agrees to provide the mandatory information required for registration and also acknowledges that such information is true, complete and up to date. The User is solely responsible of keeping such information updated. Should the User provide false, outdated or incomplete information, or should Pikbest have reasons to suspect it, Pikbest reserves the right to suspend or cancel the User’s account. The User must protect and keep confidential the account password and must not disclose it to third parties. The User must neither allow other Users to access the Services through the User’s account nor use the account of another User to access the Services. The User is responsible for all operations carried out through the User’s account through any device. If the User suspects that another user is using his account he/she should immediately inform Pikbest.Pikbest may suspend or cancel the account of the User if it considers that the User has breached these Terms.
The User acknowledges and agrees that uses the Websites and its Services at the User’s own
risk and under the User’s responsibility and therefore Pikbest does not accept any
responsibility for misuse or use in breach of these Terms.
Pikbest does not warrant the availability or continuity of the Websites and the Services,
neither its reliability, quality, completeness, accuracy or whether they are fit for a
specific purpose or activity.
As way of example and without limitation, Pikbets shall not be liable for any damages that
may result from:
• Interruptions, viruses, technical problems, interferences, omissions, unavailability,
power cuts, failure of the telecommunication networks or the User’s equipment which are
not Pikbest’s responsibility.
• Delays or unavailability of the Websites and the Services due to deficiencies or
traffic overload on the Internet, in the communication network or the electricity grid.
• Third party actions.
• Unavailability of the Websites and the Services due to maintenance or software
updates. Any other event beyond Pikbest’s direct control.

Save for Pikbest’s wilful misconduct,and those cases in which due specific circumstances of

The terms in this Section (the “Subscription Terms”) govern any purchase of any Subscription
in the Website. When concluding the purchase procedure for any Subscription, it shall be
deemed that the User has read and accepted, without exception, the Subscription Terms.
In case the User is interested in purchasing any Subscription, it has to follow the
instructions available in the Website from time to time.
The Subscriptions available for the Content in the Pikbest Selection are offered in the
Website where the relevant information, price and conditions are included (including,
without limitation, restrictions to the number of downloads of Pikbest Content each day).
Pikbest can modify at any time the Subscriptions offered, offering with new Services (to
which, unless otherwise stated, these Subscription Terms shall apply) or ceasing to offer
any of the Services. The Subscriptions are personal, shall not be assigned to third parties
and no third parties other than the User shall be allowed to use the Pikbest Content
(including as third parties, for these purposes, affiliates or entities part of the same

The price for the Subscription is stated in US Dollars in the Website and includes, if
applicable, the relevant Value Added Tax. Pikbest is entitled to modify the price for any
Subscription at any time. Pikbest shall apply the price stated in the Website at the time of
the submission of the order of the Subscription by the User.
The User shall pay the Subscription in advance through Paypal or credit card, as stated in
the Website. To purchase and pay the Subscription, the User shall follow the instructions
stated in the Website. The processing of the payment information and data through Paypal or
credit card is made within third parties sites. When ordering any Subscription, the User
authorizes Pikbest to collect the corresponding price through the chosen payment method. The
Subscription shall not be activated until Pikbest has received the payment or the payment
has been authorized by the relevant financing entity. After that, the Subscription shall be
in force for the term purchased by the User.
As the Pikbest Content is digital content, no cancellation right shall apply, without
prejudice to the guarantees stated in the consumers' regulations that may be applicable.
About refunds: You can get a full refund only if the following conditions are met: 1.Pay
within 15 days and haven't downloaded any resources. 2.Never applying successfully for the
invoice.
For Monthly Premium User, you can only request the refund of the current billing
period. Previous payments can not be refunded.
And according to the refund policy of the third-party cooperation platform, we will deduct
the commission (the order pricex4.4%+$0.3) if you need to request refund. The commission is
entirely charged by the payment platform and pikbest will not make any profit.

How many resources can I download?
As a free user, you have a download limit per day, check here for more info https://id.pikbest.com/vip/. If you want
to extend this limit, you need to purchase one of our Premium subscriptions.
As a premium user, you have a limit of 100 downloads per day.
We want to allow our users to download a high number of resources. However, to avoid an
irresponsible use of our resources, we’ve established this limit.
Remember, if you download the same file more than once in the same day, it counts as one
download of the daily download limit. So for example, if you download the same resources 3
times, you still have 99 downloads left for the day.
However, if you download a file you already downloaded on a previous day, it will still
count towards your limit.
We feel that the number of downloads permitted are enough for most of our users but we
understand that there might be users who may need to download more resources for specific

The model of the copyright license is PRF (Premium-plan Royalty-free), a brand new model created for the Internet and mobile networks. PRF is specially for Internet-related purposes, including website building, illustrations for social media, illustrations for articles, illustrations for electronic commerce, brand building, brand promotion, etc. The licensee, upon completion of a purchase of a VIP business plan issued by the licensor, has the worldwide, permanent and non-exclusive right of use of the original content on the website for free within the validity on the premise of proper use of the account unless otherwise specified.
1. The duration of the use of the licensee’s account is one year.
2. The licensee is
allowed to download and use all original content on https://pikbest.com labeled as “for
commercial use” for free within the scope stipulated in this copyright license agreement,
which is agreed on by both the licensor and the licensee.
The total of the incumbent employees of the licensee’s business entity shall be less than 500.
1. General provision. Each piece of the content by the licensor is allowed to be purchased
individually by means of extended permissions, where the licensee is allowed to use the
purchased content for unlimited times and non-exclusive purposes without limitations on the
scope of use. The licensee shall not authorize, sublicense or transfer the purchased content
to any third party. The ownerships or IPRs (intellectual property rights) of the content
shall be held by the licensor or the ownership holder.

1. The licensee shall not use the licensed content in approaches that are in breach of the
terms and conditions stipulated in this copyright license agreement or beyond the scope

2. The licensee shall not share the licensed content with any third party,
including but not limited to sharing the purchased content with, or offering the purchased
content to any third party by means of digital asset management systems, Internet-based
approaches, online and sharable storage services and platforms or any other similar devices
for the purpose of sharing or transferring the content.
3. The licensee shall not
use the content in inappropriate approaches that are in breach of trademark rights or IPRs
(intellectual property rights) of any third party, or produce or try to produce deceptive
advertisements or commercials or engage in activities that involve illicit
competitions.
4. The licensee shall not use the portraits or figures offensively,
including but not limited to the scenarios listed below.
(1) The licensee shall not use
the portraits or figures for porn-related purposes or similar scenarios, or dating-related
purposes or similar scenarios;
(2) the licensee shall not use the portraits for
defamatory, illicit, offensive or unethical purposes; the licensee shall not use the
portraits in the content as models with implicit information about unethical or illicit
activities attached to the portraits, or attach physical or mental weakness or illness to
the portraits in the content; and
(3) the licensee shall not use the portraits in the
content for purposes related to sensitive advertisements or commercials, including but not
limited to tobacco, medicine, drugs, plastic surgeries, physical recoveries, healthcare
products, and audio or video services (e.g. socializing, dating-related and pre-marriage
tests, etc.).
1. If the licensee is in breach of the terms and conditions stipulated in Part V, the
licensor has the right to terminate the licensee’s right of use of the account and the
licensor shall not refund the licensee. The licensee shall bear legal responsibilities and
all the loss as a consequence of the breach.
2. Please use your account properly. A
built-in anti-fraud system exists for commercial protection concerns and the licensor has
the right to suspend the functions related to downloading of the licensee’s account if the
anti-fraud system is triggered due to intensive downloads by the licensee.
3. If the
content is labeled as “portraits and fonts for reference only” on the licenser’s website,
the licensee shall request permissions in written form from the licensor prior to the use of
relevant portraits or fonts. Otherwise, the licensor shall not bear any loss generated as a
consequence.
4. The licensee, if purchasing the VIP business plans issued by the
licensor, agrees on the terms and conditions stipulated in this copyright license agreement,
which takes effect upon the date when the licensee purchases a VIP business plan issued by
the licensor.

This Privacy Policy explains what information of yours will be collected by Pikbest when you use the Pikbest Service, how the information will be used, and how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of information. User's rights
Pikbest ensures that users can exercise the rights set forth in the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), which became applicable on May 25, 2018.

The user has the following rights:

When requesting correction, the user must indicate the data to be corrected and provide the correct information. (c) Erase rights: Users have the right to request the deletion of personal data about their personal accounts. When requesting to terminate an account and thus delete all personal information, the user must be aware of the following:
(1) Personal information may be retained and used as necessary to perform its legal obligations under financial obligations and associated with judicial information and auditing;
(2) If the user sends an erase request, the personal data will be deleted from Pikbest's secure backup system when the next backup is completed.
